If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may result in a service fee, depending on whether materials or equipment have already been dispatched.
We will notify you as promptly as possible if we need to reschedule due to weather or circumstances outside our control.
Payment terms are set out in your written agreement. In general, a deposit may be required before work begins, with the balance due upon completion. Specific terms vary by project size and scope.
Payment is due as specified in your agreement. Late payments may be subject to interest charges or collection costs. Work will not begin or continue on any project with an outstanding unpaid balance from a prior job.
